Part of all financial institutions’ advertising, aside from brand, is product and services promotions. While Capital Credit Union had a very well established base of customers, they have provided mainly consumer products and services such as checking, savings, mortgages, home equity and consumer loans–many services the general public was unaware of.
Small business owners were the target for this campaign. H2M took a fun approach with the TV, radio, billboard and print ads by personalizing “Betty,” the busy business owner. Businesses need capital to expand their business and Capital Credit Union can help people like Betty keep their business booming.
