Froggy 99.9 has held the #1 spot in the hearts of Fargo/Moorhead country music fans for a number of years. With a tough new competitor in town though, Froggy came to H2M with a need to generate some excitement and to drive ratings during key Arbitron ratings periods.
H2M created some fun with an idea that would feature both the music that fans were so passionate about, as well as actual listeners. The idea here was to show unlikely fans lip syncing to their favorite popular country song. The choice of characters and their songs resulted in some hilarious footage that helped Froggy maintain their #1 status through the key ratings periods.
