Robert Gibb and Son’s, a long-time plumbing and heating contractor, was feeling the pressure for home service from a strong competitor. H2M conducted market research and learned their unaided name recall was almost 4th in the market.
Because it is not possible to create desire in the professional services category, the best approach was to create name recognition and top of mind awareness. When plumbing and heating needs arise, homeowners only call the company that is at the top of their mind. The first company they recall.
H2M created television ads and leave behinds coupled with a trickle media buy to keep Gibb in the foreground of homeowner’s short list of plumbers.
