Goldmark Property Management hired H2M to redesign their realty website to reflect diverse home markets, locations and age groups. The goal was to make Goldmark a humanistic destination people use to seek out all of their property searches and inquiries.
In the planning phase, a major consideration was the importance of usability for property sites. H2M designed navigable homepage and related paths to get information to users quickly and easily. We also made searching the site consistent and clear using simple yet elegant design elements, including fonts, type formatting and information display.
