Valley Rental is a property management company that was in serious need of a new website when they came to H2M. The current website was outdated and wasn’t carrying its weight when it came to displaying the properties Valley Rental had available for lease.

H2M developed a custom website for Valley Rental that carried their brand and presented users with an easy to navigate site with complete property information. A custom admin system was also developed so that Valley Rental personnel could easily add, delete or update properties on the website in real time. Another feature H2M built was a maintenance request form for current residents that would email maintenance needs to Valley Rental management immediately after the request was submitted.
