H2M’s core media philosophy is that the media are our partners in marketing for our clients. We treat all media outlets with respect - the same way you would like your own business to be respected. We don’t “beat up the media” for the lowest rates and extravagant added value because in the longer term, that sets up an adversarial relationship between all parties and the shared goal of all is left in a heap of distrust. Where do we stand on social media?
Of course we utilize social media for our clients when and where it is a good fit. For social brands like the Zorbaz Pizza chain, our social strategy includes facebook sites for each of the nine locations as well as Twitter feeds and an extensive text program. However, for clients like Duratech Industries, there is little relevance to creating social media for a manufacturer with sales distribution channel sales. In short, we again say; don’t fall for the latest, greatest shiny thing. Skepticism can save tons of time and money.
