Michelle is a systems thinker who geeks out when she sees how things connect—patterns, people, possibilities. With a background spanning technical support, sales, marketing, and agency-side project and account management, she's spent her career bridging the gap between technical teams and clients, figuring out what they actually need (not just what they think they need), and thinking three steps ahead to keep all the moving pieces organized.

A Grand Forks native who landed in Fargo-Moorhead, Michelle graduated from Minnesota School of Business with a BS in Business Management with an emphasis in marketing. Outside the office, you'll find her on the dance floor—tango, salsa, swing, you name it—or napping in a hammock like it's an Olympic sport. Her Yorkie Bisou is convinced he's a German Shepherd and that guarding the house from squirrels and delivery drivers is his full-time job.
